Our favorite season (soup), continues with our classic Zuppa Toscana! Inspired by old Italian comfort recipes, we simmer chicken stock, spices, and a touch of red pepper flakes with sausage, kale, potatoes, white beans, and a touch of cream. This soup may be reminiscent of one of our most popular- Italian sausage and tortellini- but with a winter twist!
