Service Description
As we shift our model to in-home prep, we are thrilled to continue offering a wide variety of our signature menu items! Upon booking, you'll choose your meal items, and we'll set up a phone call to confirm the rest of the details (i.e. equipment, pantry staples, payment options, cleanup procedures, etc).
Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please do your very best to do so 24 hours or more in advance. Our team spends time planning, shopping for ingredients, gathering necessary equipment, and finalizing their schedule to ensure your in-home prep goes as smoothly as possible. To respect the time and efforts that are put forth prior to the appointment, we will charge a $50 late cancellation fee within a 24-hour window of your upcoming booking.
